What We Do

Our Factory

Over 25 years of production experience
Fabric Cutting Base on different quality to have different cutting method, Lab cutting must be within 5CM thickness, Strong in placement print cutting control by infrared ray.
Pattern Making 25 years pattern maker experience shifu, Each pattern to sample we will try on dummy to fix the pattern to get great fitting.
Production Sewing Each style we will have Pre production meeting to point the main points first than go for bulk. High skill factory workers with over 20 years experience,  Basing on different quality to suggest client correct workmanship.
In-Line Inspecting Each style 1st package of bulk production, our seamstress master will do the quality control from workmanship to measurements fitting details. And our QC will do the 2nd time quality control during bulk in-line producing.
